2000 Xiaguan Jiaji Tuocha

This tea has been kept in clean Taiwan natural dry storage. It still has plenty of strength and room for further aging, but is already very enjoyable to drink. The flavor has an underlying resin note complemented by honey and floral aromas, and a touch of smoke. The tea has good thickness and a pleasant mouthfeel, with a strong, lingering aftertaste and good salivation. It has good endurance, and the energy is strong but comfortable. This is a really enjoyable example of an aged, dry-stored Xiaguan tuocha.
