Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders ship from Taiwan via Chunghwa Post. Tea is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely during international transit. 


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.


Delivery Time

International delivery usually takes 10–14 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal conditions.


Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination.

Orders over $500 USD qualify for free international shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout when the order total reaches $500 USD.


United States Orders

Due to current international shipping conditions between Taiwan and the United States, orders are limited to 1.5 kg, including packaging.

If an error appears at checkout showing “shipping not available,” it means your order exceeds the 1.5 kg shipping limit.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.


Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Tea Products

Due to the consumable nature of tea, all tea products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once shipped. I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or taste preference. I recommend trying a sample before committing to a full piece.
