Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Tea Products

Due to the consumable nature of tea, all tea products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once shipped. I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or accidental orders. I recommend trying a sample before committing to a full piece.
